Welcome to Spacelead, the lead generation and email marketing platform. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

• Spacelead, we, our, us: Refers to the lead generation and email marketing tool provided by Spacelead.
• User, you, your: Refers to the individual or business entity accessing or using Spacelead's services.
• Service or Services: Refers to the lead generation, mass emailing, email campaign automation, and all associated features provided by Spacelead.

3. Account Creation and Use

To access and use Spacelead's services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

4. Free Trial and Payment

• Spacelead offers a 7-day free trial that includes 10 Stars and 25 email credits.
• After the trial period ends, you will need to choose a paid subscription plan or top-up your credits to continue using the service.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time without incurring additional charges, except for any fees associated with credits or features already used.
• Payments are processed on a monthly or pay-as-you-go basis as per your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Use of Stars and Email Credits

• Stars represent credits used for lead generation, with 1 Star equaling 1 lead.
• Email credits are used for sending outreach emails through Spacelead. Each email sent deducts one email credit.
• Stars and email credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Spacelead's services for the following purposes:

• Engaging in activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Sending unsolicited emails or engaging in spam activities.
• Harvesting or collecting data from other users without their consent.
• Disrupting or interfering with the functionality of the platform or its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of Spacelead, including logos, text, graphics, software, and data, are the property of Spacelead and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any of the platform's content without prior written consent from Spacelead.

8. Data Privacy

• We take your privacy seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws. By using Spacelead, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any lead data you import complies with relevant data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).

9. Limitation of Liability

• Spacelead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• In no event shall Spacelead, its affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months.

10. Termination and Suspension

• Spacelead reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the system’s security.
• You may cancel your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining Stars or credits will be forfeited upon cancellation.

11. Modifications to the Service

• Spacelead reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service, features, or pricing at any time, with or without notice.
• We will inform users of any significant changes that may affect their experience or subscription.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spacelead, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Spacelead regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements.
